Outside Sales Representative (Roofing / Restoration)
Weekly Pay Uncapped Commission
Pay: Up to $2,100/week ($109,200/year) paid weekly uncapped back-end commissions

What You’ll Earn
• $2,100/week target when weekly activity goals are met
• Uncapped back-end commissions on completed jobs

What You’ll Do
• Generate new opportunities (D2D, referrals, networking, events)
• Qualify homeowners and educate customers
• Sign contracts and pass deals to the internal team
• Log basic notes in CRM
What We Handle
• Insurance claims, paperwork, scheduling, and approvals
• You sell — we run the process — you keep selling and earn the back-end
Who This Is For
• Outside sales experience (roofing, solar, home improvement, D2D, B2C)
• Self-motivated, consistent, and comfortable talking to homeowners
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
