Studio Coordinator/Front Desk (Part-Time)
Music Box – Germantown / Collierville, TN
Music Box is seeking a reliable, organized, and people-focused Front Desk & Administrative Coordinator to join our team.
This role supports daily operations at our music school and plays an important part in creating a positive experience for students, families, and staff. You will assist with front desk responsibilities, scheduling, communication, and enrollment support.
This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Pay & Benefits
Starting Pay: $17 per hour
Performance-based raises available

Schedule
25–30 hours per week
Typical schedule:
- Monday – Friday: Afternoons / evenings (approximately 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM)
- Saturday mornings: approximately 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Occasional Sundays based on programs and events
Evening and weekend availability is required.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Customer Experience
- Welcome students and families
- Answer phone calls, emails, and messages
- Provide information about programs and services
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
Enrollment & Customer Support
- Speak with prospective families about available programs
- Assist with trial lesson follow-up
- Support new student registration and onboarding
- Maintain positive and professional communication
Administrative Support
- Manage student schedules and updates
- Track attendance and basic records
- Assist teachers with coordination and communication
- Maintain accurate and organized records
Technology & Systems
- Use scheduling and billing software
- Work within Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
- Support online enrollment and communication tools
- Perform basic data tracking and updates
Daily Operations
- Open and/or close the facility
- Prepare classrooms and materials
- Monitor student flow and scheduling
- Support overall studio organization
Events & Programs
- Assist with events such as:
- Performance Workshops
- Testing events
- Recitals and community performances
QualificationsRequired
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable speaking on the phone
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Basic computer and technology skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience
1 year of customer service experience (e.g., retail, hospitality, front desk, office support, or similar roles)
