They will be responsible for aiding in overseeing day to day operations, teammate behavior, and safety and quality of products produced at MUSH.Specific Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day execution of all quality lab functions including Water Activity, review of SOPs and control and release proceduresAssist production team in cleaning verification, inspections, pre-op release, ATP/Allergen swabbing, chemical concentration, and control of SSOPsPerform post HPP TTS, site security/ perimeter and Incoming/Outgoing truck inspectionsMaintain lab inventory and assist in reordering of suppliesAssist in managing production paperwork accuracy and inventory control proceduresLead in maintaining and organizing production retains, preparing samples for 3rd party lab testingPerform safety and quality line inspections, motivating and maintaining teammates to comply with all GMPs and responsibilitiesMaintain discipline and recommend corrective actions with teammates for GMPsLead by example, create value, and establish a functional working frameworkTactical Requirements:1-2 years of relevant work or school experience in food manufacturing or lab testing preferred.Driven to motivate a food safety and quality cultureSelf starter, with a desire to learn, grow, and evolve as a professionalAbility to multitask, prioritize and work in an extremely fast-paced environment.
