Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors, create an exceptional first impression, and assist with admissions and guest check-in.
- Deliver engaging orientations, tours, and presentations that inspire curiosity and bring the museum's stories and collections to life.
- Provide exceptional guest service by anticipating visitor needs and creating memorable experiences for every visitor.
- Confidently recommend season passes, tours, retail merchandise, and premium experiences while helping achieve visitor engagement and revenue goals.
- Answer questions and provide knowledgeable recommendations about exhibits, programs, events, and museum offerings.
- Assist with special events, educational programs, VIP visits, and other museum initiatives.
- Help maintain clean, organized, and welcoming public spaces while supporting daily museum operations.
Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in museums, cultural institutions, visitor attractions, luxury hospitality, performing arts, tourism, education, or guest services.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Confidence in engaging individuals and presenting to groups of all sizes.
- A polished, professional presence and a warm, welcoming personality.
- A genuine curiosity about history, art, culture, storytelling, and creating memorable experiences for visitors from around the world.
- A proven ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence recommending memberships, tours, retail merchandise, season passes, and premium experiences.
- High energy, adaptability, and enthusiasm throughout a busy shift.
- Availability to work at least one weekend day each week, along with holidays and occasional special events.

Professional Standards
Museum Ambassadors represent the museum to visitors from around the world. Team members are expected to maintain a polished, professional appearance, follow the museum dress code, and consistently provide courteous, welcoming, and professional service.
Schedule
Full-time and part-time positions are available. Scheduling flexibility is essential. Candidates must be available to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week, along with a combination of day and evening shifts, holidays, and occasional special events.
Museum hours are:
Sunday & Monday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday – Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
