Our company is looking for a bright, motivated and talented Endo RDA. The Full-time RDA is the primary point of contact and communication for patients in our office. The Full-time RDA will greet patients, introduce them to the office, coordinate treatment services, and nurture the patient relationship. The Full-time RDA must be a strong communicator with a passion for providing excellent treatment and strong customer service skills.
Job responsibilities/Duties:
- Patient check-in
- Answer calls/Set appointments
- Verify Insurance/Provider information
- Taking Radiographs
- Chairside Assisting
- Sterilization
- Documenting the Doctor’s Endo/Perio probe charting and consent review
- Endodontic room/tray set-up and breakdown
- Rubber dam placement/removal
- Endodontic file/rotary/instrument inventory
Requirements:
- Must be registered with the state
- Bilingual
- 1-2 yrs of experience preferred
- Ability to positively and proactively handle patient concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes
- High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
- Computer literate is a must
- Ergonomic requirements, able to lift up to 20 pounds, able to stand for long periods of time
Please note the duties listed are not limited to your position and you may be instructed as needed to assist and perform additional duties instructed by the Endodontist.

Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
