Summary:
The Farm Winery Kitchen Staff Member supports the daily operations of the winery kitchen, helping prepare and serve fresh, seasonal, and locally inspired food that complements our wines. This position requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment for both guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation, plating, and service during tasting room hours and events.
- Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards consistently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, storage, and prep areas.
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and work surfaces according to health and safety regulations.
- Support kitchen lead or chef in daily prep, restocking, and inventory tasks.
- Communicate effectively with the tasting room and service staff to ensure timely food delivery.
- Help with setup and breakdown for winery events, private tastings, and dinners.
- Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and winery policies.
Qualifications:
- Prior kitchen or food service experience preferred
- Basic understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation practices.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow direction.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Weekend and holiday availability required.

Pay
-10.00 partial of tip pool
