Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer (On-Site | 9/80)
Support and advance critical manufacturing processes behind high-performance downhole heater systems used in demanding oil & gas applications. This role focuses on optimizing key operations including roll reduction, tube forming, heat treatment, tooling, and overall production performance. ★
You’ll work in an environment where complexity is translated into reliable, repeatable execution—helping improve precision and consistency across core manufacturing processes.
Focus Areas:
• Roll reduction mill and tube forming operations
• Heat treatment and metallurgical process performance
• Tooling and equipment design (rolls, dies, fixtures, guides)
• Manufacturing process development, documentation, and control
• Troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and CAPA support
• Process parameters (reduction ratios, temperatures, speeds, material flow)
• Continuous improvement in quality, throughput, and cost
• BOMs, routings, SPC, and process capability tracking
What You’ll Do:
• Develop, refine, and optimize manufacturing processes
• Analyze production data to reduce scrap, variation, and inefficiencies
• Support investigations into process and equipment issues
• Provide technical support to daily production activities
• Collaborate with operations, quality, and engineering teams
• Contribute to tooling improvements, equipment upgrades, and capital projects
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and engineering standards
What You Bring:
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Process, Materials, or related field
• 5–10 years of industrial or manufacturing engineering experience
• Experience in metal forming, roll reduction, tube production, or hot-work processes
• Strong understanding of metallurgy and material behavior under heat and deformation
• Hands-on troubleshooting and process improvement experience
• Familiarity with CAD, FEA/CFD, SPC, and manufacturing documentation
