Job Summary
We’re looking for an experienced UI Designer to create clean, intuitive, and visually compelling digital experiences. This role is responsible for translating user needs, business requirements, and brand standards into engaging interface designs and interaction models.
The ideal candidate has strong expertise in visual design, interaction design, accessibility, and design systems, and works closely with UX, product, and development teams to deliver consistent, scalable, and user-centered experiences.
Key Responsibilities
UI Design & Visual Craft
- Apply strong visual design principles including typography, color theory, spacing, grid systems, and visual hierarchy
- Translate brand guidelines into intuitive and consistent UI designs across digital platforms
- Design high-quality user interfaces for web, mobile, and responsive experiences
- Ensure visual consistency and polish across all products and touchpoints
Interaction & Experience Design
- Define interaction patterns, states, transitions, and feedback loops aligned to user behavior and system responses
- Design engaging motion and micro-interactions to enhance usability and experience quality
- Create experiences that function seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices using responsive, adaptive, and fluid design approaches
Design Systems & Scalability
- Contribute to and evolve design systems, including reusable components, patterns, and standards
- Apply Atomic Design methodology to build scalable and maintainable UI systems
- Create and manage design tokens, style variables, and theming standards in collaboration with development teams
- Ensure consistency across products through structured component libraries and design governance
Accessibility & Usability
- Ensure all designs meet WCAG (A11y) accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices
- Advocate for accessibility-first design thinking across all experiences
Design Execution & Delivery
- Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design intent
- Develop low-to-high fidelity prototypes that simulate real user interactions
- Produce detailed design specifications, annotations, and assets to support design-to-development handoff
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Partner closely with UX designers, product owners, developers, and business stakeholders
- Participate in design reviews, feedback sessions, and iterative improvements
- Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10 years of experience in UI design, product design, or digital design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI design, interaction design, and design systems work
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Strong understanding of:
- Visual design fundamentals
- Interaction and motion design
- Responsive and adaptive design
- Experience working with design systems, component libraries, and Atomic Design principles
- Experience applying enterprise brand standards within digital interfaces
- Strong understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
- Experience collaborating with development teams and supporting design handoff processes
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
- Familiarity with usability testing and user research methods
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end concepts for collaboration
- Experience with design system tooling (Figma libraries, tokens, etc.)
- Familiarity with accessibility testing tools

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
