Summary:

This position is located in the Food & Beverage department. Primarily responsible for stocking/maintaining bars and beverage stations at any MNGE venue assigned.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide constant, attentive and exceptional service to all internal and external customers.

2. Responsible for maintaining bar/beverage stations PAR levels, to include but not limited to glassware, paper products, and as specified by management.

3. Comply with all Oklahoma State Liquor (ABLE Commission) laws and any applicable MNGE laws.

4. Responsible for stocking and cleanliness of bars/beverage stations and storage areas.

5. Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work area and completing all side duties.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

EDUCATION

Ability to read, write and understand English. High School or GED preferred.

EXPERIENCE

Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to use email and electronic timekeeping systems, is required. Previous experience in bar operations is preferred.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS

MCN OPG Gaming License is required.

Key positions require knowledge and application of Title 31 reporting requirements.

Tulsa County Food Handler’s Card is required for all F&B positions.

Liquor License from the Able Commission is also required for F&B front of house positions.

Must have the ability to pass comprehensive background check, drug test, and obtain gaming license as required.

JOB DEMANDS

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform essential functions of this job. Has ability to lift and carry at least 75lbs, up to 47” and 45 lbs. up to 62”and push/pull force of 50 lbs. Must use Keg Lift when transporting keg. Ability to stand for long periods of time; squat, crouch, reach, and maneuver in all areas of kitchen and casino, frequent ascent/descent from bus stairs, travel to various on/off site venues, which may involve elevation changes in surfaces. Visual acuity to discern and examine text, graphics, color and symmetry. Speech to communicate clearly, express ideas and convey information in an understandable manner. Ability to hear for listening comprehension and to understand ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. Manual dexterity to operate office equipment and examine documents, records and files.
