Musco Sports Lighting is hiring an International Controller. This position is responsible for the accounting and financial analysis of Musco’s international sales and operations. Musco has manufacturing operations in South Korea and China, and a regional sales office in the United Kingdom.

What You Will Do As An International Controller
- Leading and developing the international account teams to improve processes and procedures to enable efficient and effective transaction processing and reporting for both management and statutory requirements.
- Analysis of monthly results and regional sales trends, including transfer pricing methodology.
- Proactive engagement with international business leaders to evaluate sales and manufacturing strategies.
- Working closely with the Treasury team to optimize global cash from the international entities.
- Annual forecasting process, including process improvements for the international entities.
- Coordination with regional controllers to ensure local audits are completed in a timely manner.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or Finance
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Previous international accounting and business experience preferred
- 10 years' experience preferably in a large or international manufacturing or construction environment.
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with all parts of Team
- Proficient in Excel and other necessary business systems
- Strong understanding of currency impacts in global transactions.
- Highly proficient with software to include Excel (Advanced to expert level), Power Point, Word and e-mail programs.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
- Ability to communicate effectively and work with all levels within the organization
