Candidates must obtain their South Carolina license prior to their start date, as they cannot begin work without it. The licensure process typically takes less than one month. Once an offer is accepted, candidates are expected to initiate and complete the licensing process before their scheduled start date. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is required. Greater than 1 year of applicable experience required.
