In this role, you will systematically collect, analyze, interpret, and communicate infection prevention data to help plan, implement, and evaluate effective practices.

You will also serve as a consultant and resource for employees throughout the organization, collaborate with healthcare professionals both inside and outside the facility, and develop and implement infection prevention education.

  • Collaborative and comfortable partnering with physicians and clinical leaders
  • Analytical, curious, and skilled at identifying trends
  • Able to think quickly and respond effectively when concerns arise
  • Comfortable educating and influencing others
  • Organized and able to manage competing priorities
