Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead end-to-end ServiceNow architecture (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM, HRSD, CMDB)
- Define architectural vision and roadmap in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders
- Oversee customization, configuration, and platform scalability using best practices
- Architect and manage integrations with third-party systems (AWS, Azure, SAP, AD, APIs, etc.)
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and governance across development teams.
- Optimize platform performance, usability, and cost efficiency
- Ensure security, compliance, and platform integrity
- Act as a subject matter expert for clients and internal teams
- Lead upgrades, enhancements, and platform evolution
Must Have Qualifications
5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including 3 years in a Lead or Architect rol- eServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) require
