Role we're looking for:
Required Skills & Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume, fine dining or Michelin-level environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
- Deep understanding of service steps, pacing, etiquette, hospitality philosophy, and an unwavering commitment to guest service
- Highly organized, with a proven ability to work under pressure, stay composed during service, and solve problems with tact
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Able to understand and respond in English
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
- Experience working in a new restaurant
- Multilingual (especially French, Italian, Spanish, Hindi, or Bengali)
