Estate Planning Attorney (1–3 Years Experience)
Location: Erie, PA (On-Site)

This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated attorney with 1–3 years of experience who is looking to build a long-term career in sophisticated estate planning. You'll work alongside experienced attorneys, receive hands-on mentoring, and help clients preserve and transfer wealth through thoughtful planning strategies.
What You'll Do
- Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and other estate planning documents.
- Assist clients with comprehensive wealth transfer and estate planning strategies.
- Support estate and trust administration matters.
- Conduct legal research related to estate planning, tax, and probate issues.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on sophisticated estate planning matters.
- Develop trusted relationships with clients, financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals.
- Grow your knowledge of tax planning concepts and advanced estate planning techniques.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania or eligible for admission.
- 1–3 years of legal experience, preferably in estate planning, estate administration, trusts, probate, tax, or a related practice area.
- Strong analytical, research, writing, and communication skills.
- Interest in developing expertise in estate planning and wealth preservation.
- Ability to learn complex tax and financial planning concepts.
Work Environment
This position is based in Erie, Pennsylvania and requires regular in-office collaboration.
Newer attorneys are expected to work on-site to maximize mentoring, training, and professional development. As attorneys establish their practice and client relationships, additional workplace flexibility may be available.
