General Manager - Disaster Restoration (Textiles, Electronics, Contents)

Job Summary
We are a growing CRDN franchise specializing in textile cleaning, electronics restoration, and soon household contents cleaning for homeowners impacted by fire, flood, and other disasters.
We work directly with insurance adjusters, contractors, and homeowners — and we need a leader who can run daily operations and protect our reputation by handling urgent situations fast.
What You’ll Do:

• Manage day-to-day operations for restoration jobs
• Build & maintain strong relationships with insurance and contractor partners
• Take charge in urgent situations to protect client relationships & company image
• Oversee scheduling, workflow, and team performance
• Ensure quality, deadlines, and CRDN service standards are met

What We’re Looking For:

• 5 years leadership in restoration, insurance vendor services, or similar
• Excellent people and crisis management skills
• Strong communication & customer service instincts
• Valid driver’s license and clean record
