NOW HIRING: LEAD HVAC INSTALLER
Murry’s AC, Heating & Electrical is looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our team!

What You’ll Do:
- Lead residential and commercial HVAC installation crews
- Install new heating & air conditioning systems
- Perform change-outs and new system installations
- Read and follow job specifications
- Ensure installations meet company and manufacturer standards
- Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure quality workmanship
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
What We’re Looking For:
✅ HVAC installation experience
✅ Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems
✅ Ability to lead and train helpers/installers
✅ Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
✅ Good communication and customer-service skills
✅ Someone who takes pride in their work and shows up ready to work
Experience as a Lead Installer is preferred, but we’re willing to consider a highly experienced installer ready to take the next step.
