JOB GOAL: To provide safe and developmentally appropriate supervision for children participating in the Early Learning & Enrichment Services program.

Training and Experience- Early Learning Aide I: 1. Completion of the twelfth (12th) grade or equivalent. 2. One (1) year of successful experience working with children in a public or private school setting or any combination of training and experience that could likely provide the desired knowledge and abilities may be considered. 3. Possession and maintenance of a valid First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate Early Learning Aide II: 1. Completion of the twelfth (12th) grade or equivalent. 2. One (1) year of paid experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting or any combination of training experience that could likely provide the desired knowledge and abilities may be considered. 3. Possession of a valid First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate. 4. Successful completion of twelve (12) or more Early Childhood Education and/or Child Development units required. 5. Must obtain and maintain Child Development Associate Teacher Permit or above within six (6) months of hire.
