You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of government construction project from planning to implementationAllocate resources for assigned projectsSupervise onsite personnel and subcontractorsInterface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clientsNegotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costsMaintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specificationsSubmittal submission and approvalQuality of Construction conforms to specificationsQualifications:Previous experience in government construction management or other related fieldsFamiliarity with construction management softwareStrong leadership qualitiesSchedule Deadline and detail-oriented2 years responsible for management or Quality control for commercial / government projectsFamiliar with government submittal process a plus(4) year degree preferred but not required.Company DescriptionThe Company hiring is Peter Vander Werff Construction.
