Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), located in Lake Elsinore, CA. The CNA will be responsible for providing essential care to patients, which includes assisting with daily living activities, monitoring and documenting patient health status, ensuring a clean and safe environment, and attending to patient needs. Additionally, the CNA will work closely with nursing staff and healthcare teams to provide compassionate and quality care.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in assisting patients with daily living activities such as bathing, feeding, dressing, and mobility care
- Strong skills in monitoring vital signs, documenting patient changes, and reporting concerns to nursing staff
- Knowledge of maintaining hygiene and a sanitary environment in compliance with healthcare standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide compassionate support to patients and collaborate with the healthcare team
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required
- BLS (Basic Life Support) or CPR certification is preferred
- Previous experience in a long-term care or similar healthcare setting is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
