Summary:
The Key Account Manager – E-Commerce is responsible for driving profitable growth and strengthening Murrelektronik’s presence across e-commerce platforms and key digital partners. This role manages strategic online accounts, develops and executes e-commerce sales strategies, and collaborates cross-functionally to optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, and customer experience. The ideal candidate builds strong customer relationships, leverages data and market insights, and ensures alignment with Murrelektronik’s brand and long-term digital growth strategy.
Essential Duties
- Manage and nurture relationships with our current E-Commerce distributors to ensure continued partnership success.
- Identify opportunities to grow sales volume and expand product assortment within existing E-Commerce accounts.
- Develop and implement strategic plans tailored to the unique needs of individual distributors to maximize business growth.
- Source, evaluate, and onboard new E-Commerce distributors to expand the company’s reach and market share.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, operations, and product teams to align efforts that support distributor growth and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor account performance, prepare regular reports, and use data-driven insights to optimize account strategies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for E-Commerce distributor inquiries, resolving issues promptly and ensuring a high level of service.
- Stay up to date with E-Commerce market trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with analysts and finance teams on pricing models to maximize profitability.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Travel
The position requires national travel a minimum of once a month.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Automation, or related field
- 8 years of experience
- Salesforce CRM (required)
- SAP/ERP (preferred)
