Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Profit Sharing Partner position based in Kansas City, MO. The role involves developing and managing key client relationships, overseeing roofing projects to ensure quality and timely completion, and contributing to the company's growth by identifying business opportunities. Additionally, responsibilities include coordinating with teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards, providing market feedback, and devising strategic initiatives to expand the company’s reach. The candidate will play an essential role in driving customer satisfaction and the company’s long-term success.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in project management and team coordination within the construction or roofing industry
- Client relationship management and business development skills
- Knowledge of roofing materials and relevant industry certifications such as GAF or Xactimate
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities
- Understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on revenue growth and business expansion
- Prior experience in a profit-sharing or revenue-driven role is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
