A leading company specializing in Fire Retardant (FR) safety apparel is seeking a National Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand market presence. The ideal candidate is an experienced sales professional with deep industry knowledge and a strong network in FR apparel sales. Working collaboratively, the new leader will develop key customer relationships, generate new business opportunities, and achieve revenue targets while laying the foundation for a future sales team and contributing to long-term company growth.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in FR apparel sales within the Texas market, with strong product knowledge and industry insights
• Established network of sales contacts and relationships with local customers and business partners
• Proven ability to drive business growth and identify new opportunities in the FR market
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region for customer engagement and business development
• Experience in building and managing sales teams preferred
• Must hold a valid driver’s license to facilitate regional travel and client visits
