Who we're looking for

You're organized, detail-directed, and you take initiative without waiting to be told. You ask "why," not just "what." You communicate well, you own your work, and you're comfortable with technology.

We're open to a range of experience levels:

· Legal Assistants with 2 years of experience

· Litigation Paralegals with 3 years of litigation experience

First-party property, insurance defense, association, or construction experience is a bonus, not a requirement. If you bring the right mindset, we'll teach you the rest.
