Life Insurance Agent

Murphy Insurance Advisors is seeking a motivated, licensed Life & Health Insurance Agent to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an established client base while helping individuals and families with Medicare, life insurance, and health insurance solutions.

We are currently expanding our Life & Health division and may be acquiring an existing book of business, creating an excellent opportunity for the right person to step into an established client portfolio while continuing to grow new business.

Responsibilities

• Service and retain existing Life & Health clients
• Conduct annual policy reviews
• Assist Medicare clients with plan reviews and enrollments
• Present life insurance solutions based on client needs
• Generate new business through referrals and prospecting
• Maintain compliance with carrier and state licensing requirements
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate records

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health Insurance License (required)
• Medicare experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and organized
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience with CRM or agency management systems is a plus

Compensation

Compensation is negotiable based on experience and may include:

• Base salary or hourly pay
• Commission
• Renewal compensation
• Performance bonuses

Pay: $67,910.38 - $81,784.55 per year
