What You’ll Do
- Warmly greet clients and their pets, helping everyone feel at ease.
- Schedule and manage appointments to keep our team and patients on track.
- Assist clients with check-in, check-out, and payments in a friendly, professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and provide helpful information with patience and empathy.
- Support our staff with important administrative tasks that help pets get timely, top-quality care.
