Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Care for floors through sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor polishing to ensure a polished appearance
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously
- Manage custodial responsibilities including trash removal, and maintaining cleaning equipment
Experience
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is highly preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques such as carpet cleaning and floor polishing
- Background in janitorial or custodial work within hotels or similar environments is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
