Responsibilities
- The graveyard shift requires auditing, housekeeping, laundry, making donuts and breakfast prep in addition to standard front desk duties. These duties include checking guests in and out, answering incoming calls and taking reservations.
- Greet guests and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic retail math to balance registers at shift end.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, restocking supplies and merchandising as needed.
- Assist customers with inquiries over the phone using proper phone etiquette, providing information about products or store services.
- Strong communication skills coupled with excellent phone etiquette are necessary for engaging with customers confidently.
- Experience conducting product demos or merchandising can help enhance customer interactions and sales success.
