Our busy litigation firm is looking for an associate to join our team. MurphyMyers PLLC is a broad-based civil litigation firm. Practice areas include medical malpractice defense, general insurance defense, products liability, insurance coverage and bad faith, appeals, and commercial litigation. We are looking for an associate with 1-5 years of civil litigation experience who is excited about the practice of law and ready to actively handle cases with partner oversight. Job duties include taking and defending depositions, conducting legal research, drafting briefs, arguing motions, and interacting with clients. Applicants must be effective communicators with strong legal writing skills. Competitive salary and benefits based on experience.
