In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring that production targets are met with precision and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Strictly follow instructions
- Pick-up and prepare manufacturing schedule daily
- Fill, seal, and stack boxes/bags properly and neatly
- Write down the actual counts of boxes per batch on production floor sheet
- Notify the supervisor of any errors, differences, or irregularities in product
- Get pallets used for stacking finished material when needed
- Get bundles of empty boxes/bags when needed
- Notify the supervisor of any equipment problems
- Assist the mixer if needed
- Clean area at the end of shift
- Training new employees in station
- Be prepared for job rotation if needed
- Use safety equipment when required and follow all safety rules
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Other duties as needed
