Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Care Coordinator/Staffing Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our staffing needs are met while providing exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of human resources practices, including talent acquisition and employee relations. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, while maintaining positive relationships with both clients and staff.
Duties
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Utilize various platforms for HR sourcing, including social media management and job boards.
- Conduct negotiations with candidates regarding employment offers and contracts.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Implement employee orientation programs to ensure smooth onboarding experiences.
- Maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Lever, Workday, or iCIMS.
- Conduct employee evaluations and assist in training & development initiatives.
- Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication and relationship management.
- Stay informed on employment & labor law to ensure compliance in all HR practices.
- Support succession planning efforts by identifying high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
- Engage in lead generation activities to attract top talent for various positions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting, talent management, or human resources roles.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on relationship management.
- Familiarity with technical recruiting and executive recruiting processes is preferred.
- Proficient in using HRIS systems such as Paychex, Kronos, UltiPro, or Taleo.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Experience with cold calling and campus recruitment initiatives is a plus.
- Ability to conduct research on industry trends to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Knowledge of employee relations practices and employee evaluation processes.
