We're Hiring: Advanced Aesthetician & Laser Technician

Murphy Plastic Surgery & Medical Spa is looking for an experienced Advanced Aesthetician & Laser Technician to join our growing team in Reno, Nevada.
In this role, you'll work alongside Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon Dr. James Murphy and a team dedicated to delivering outstanding patient experiences and beautiful, natural-looking results.
What you'll do:
• Perform advanced laser treatments, RF microneedling, HydraFacial, DiamondGlow, SkinPen, PRX, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and customized facials
• Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and create personalized treatment plans
• Educate patients on skincare and treatment options
• Recommend professional skincare and treatment packages
• Build lasting patient relationships through exceptional service
• Contribute educational and before-and-after content for social media
We're looking for someone who has:
✔ Current Nevada Aesthetician or Advanced Aesthetician License
✔ 3 years experience with aesthetic lasers and advanced skin treatments
✔ Strong consultation and patient education skills
✔ A passion for skincare, aesthetics, and continuous learning
✔ A positive, team-first attitude with a commitment to excellence
