Full-Time: $150,000 Commission based on experience
We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Jewelry Store Manager to lead our high-end Historic Jewelry store. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with a background in fine jewelry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Position Overview
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, managing and mentoring staff, and upholding the highest standards of customer service and brand presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of store operations
- Drive sales and profitability through strategic planning and staff development
- Build and maintain client relationships with a focus on long-term customer loyalty
- Recruit, train, and supervise a high-performing sales team
- Ensure all visual merchandising and store presentation standards are met
- Maintain inventory integrity and operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in jewelry sales and retail management
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Highly organized with excellent problem-solving skills
