Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role located in St. Louis, MO. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of mechanical construction projects. Responsibilities include coordinating resources, managing project deadlines, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, inspecting ongoing work, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and liaising with clients. Qualifications
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and overseeing project execution
- Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor-related tasks to monitor and ensure timely delivery of materials and processes
- Skills in Inspection and attention to detail to ensure all project aspects meet quality and safety standards
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Expertise in construction or mechanical contracting industries
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is REQUIRED. Preferred qualifications include: Master's degree, PE registration, and PMP certification
