We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. Duties
- Assist in various construction projects by performing tasks such as pouring concrete, moving material, operating power tools and building fences.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete assigned tasks.
- Engage in heavy lifting and moving of materials as required on the job site.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Support landscape maintenance activities, including planting and general upkeep of outdoor spaces.
- Collaborate with team members to build structures according to project specifications.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction techniques is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 80 pounds) regularly throughout the workday.
- Experience in carpentry is desirable but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions and adapt to changing job site environments.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role.
