BOAT BUILDER-ASSEMBLY
SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for assembling and installing components, hardware, seating, accessories, and other equipment throughout the sportfishing boat construction and production process.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous boat manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
- Candidates with experience in manufacturing, automotive, RV, construction, carpentry, mechanical assembly, or other skilled trades are encouraged to apply.
- Reading and interpreting work orders, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate assembly and installation in accordance with company quality standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Measuring, fitting, assembling, and installing boat components using hand tools, power tools, and other production equipment.
- Attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to follow instructions and work efficiently as part of a production team.
- Demonstrate dependable attendance, maintain high standards of quality workmanship, follow established safety procedures, and keep a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
Salary : $34,667 - $50,509
