Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tax Accountant, located in Osage, IA. The Tax Accountant will be responsible for preparing individual and business tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and maintaining accurate financial records. Additional responsibilities include analyzing financial statements, assisting with accounting processes, and providing tax planning and advisory services to clients. The role requires collaboration with team members to deliver accurate and timely results for clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Tax Compliance, Tax Preparation, and knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
- Strong understanding of Financial Statements and Accounting principles
- Expertise in Tax concepts and strategies
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Familiarity with accounting software and tax preparation tools
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is preferred
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
