Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chiropractor to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive chiropractic care to patients, focusing on pain management and rehabilitation. This role requires a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, as well as the ability to develop individualized care plans that address each patient's unique needs.
Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and medical history reviews
- Utilize patient observation techniques to evaluate conditions and determine appropriate treatment plans
- Implement chiropractic techniques, including instrument adjusting like Activator Technique and Koren Specific Technique and acute pain management strategies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in occupational health settings to ensure holistic patient care
- Develop and maintain care plans that align with best practices in primary care and pain management
- Educate patients on health and wellness topics, promoting preventive care and lifestyle modifications
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with medical terminology standards
Qualifications
- Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited institution
- Valid state chiropractic license
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Experience in patient care, including physical examinations and patient assessment techniques
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members
- Ability to develop tailored treatment plans based on individual patient needs
