At Murphy Bros. Design|Build|Remodel, we’ve spent over 43 years redefining what it means to improve a home—not just making it different, but making life better. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts across the company.

As our Marketing Manager, you will set marketing strategy and budget, own the Murphy Bros. brand, and manage our agencies and lead-generating partners. You will lead the department while staying hands-on in content, digital marketing, and relationship building, working closely with the President, Sales, and Production to drive lead growth and a consistent client experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead the marketing department and manage external partners (advertising, SEO/PPC, web, photography), holding them accountable for results
• Build annual and quarterly marketing plans, manage the budget, and report results to leadership (leads by source, cost per lead, close rate, and ROI)
• Lead and protect the Murphy Bros. brand across digital, print, and physical touchpoints
• Oversee our website, content strategy, email marketing, Google Business Profiles, and online directories
• Manage lead-generating partnerships (e.g., Houzz, BBB, GuildQuality, Chamber and Realtor programs) and direct paid search, paid social, and SEO
• Work with Sales to ensure leads are tracked, followed up, and converted
• Lead our reviews, referral program, and PR, including award entries and press releases
• Build referral relationships with real estate agents, interior designers, and trade partners, and represent Murphy Bros. at local events and home shows

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
• 5 years of marketing experience, including budget ownership and managing agencies or vendors
• Supervisory experience preferred; residential remodeling, construction, or home services experience is a strong plus
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content creation
• Comfort with data, reporting, and ROI analysis
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• A strategic planner who also enjoys hands-on work
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage several projects and deadlines
• Experience with marketing tools and CRMs (e.g., BuilderTrend, GuildQuality, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite)
