We are seeking a Carpenter to support the successful completion of residential remodeling and construction projects. This role is responsible for performing a variety of carpentry tasks while working closely with Lead Carpenters, Project Managers, subcontractors, and clients to deliver high-quality results and exceptional customer experiences.
Ideal candidates will have:
- 2 years of experience with a solid understanding of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
