Responsibilities

• All Sales procedures and processes will be demonstrated and explained thoroughly to you.  You will be amazed how easy the process can be when our Managers take personal interest in your success

• You will be demonstrated our plays to your success; all you must do is execute them

• We encourage your input to help improve our facilities and processes

• Inspect all aspects of the facility to make sure it looks clean and presentable; see something wrong or out of place, please say something to a manager

• We have a great attitude and, with our encouragement and your strong sales, so will you

• Product knowledge is important, and we will give you all the tools to learn it

• Nervous about over coming objections?  You won’t be when you work with us

Requirements

• No experience necessary, but if you have it, we’ll take it

• There are many types of sales people and energy levels; we need them all

• Attitude over aptitude.  What’s that mean?  With the right attitude, we can train you to have a great career, but we cannot train you to have a great attitude

• Can you talk to anyone?  This is the career for you

• High school diploma or GED

• For insurance purposes, pre-employment background check and drug screening are required
