Job Title: Operations Analyst

Job Summary The Retail Automotive Dealer Operations Analyst optimizes dealership

performance by using data to improve efficiency and profitability. This role analyzes

sales, finance, and service data to provide actionable insights to senior management.

The main goal is to enhance operations, reduce costs, and improve customer

satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

 Data Analysis: Collect and interpret data from dealership management systems

(DMS) and CRM software. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and create

reports.

 Performance Optimization: Identify trends and recommend improvements to

boost sales and streamline workflows.

 Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business

strategy.

 Collaboration: Work with various departments (sales, finance, etc.) to align on

business goals.

 Financials: Monitor financial health and assist with forecasting.

 Support: Train staff on new systems and provide analytical support for events.

Qualifications

 Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Data Science.

 Experience: Minimum 3 years in data or operations analysis, with automotive

industry experience being a plus. Familiarity with DMS and CRM software is

desirable.

 Skills: Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft

Excel and data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI. Knowledge of SQL is

a plus. Must have strong communication and presentation skills.
