About us
Murph's Irondequoit Pub is a high-volume family owned & operated bar/restaurant in Irondequoit, NY. We have a tight-knit staff and lots of regular customers that consider our place a second home.
Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots & pans using dishwasher and by hand
- Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas/bring clean glasses out to the bar throughout the night
- Run garbage out to the outdoor dumpster throughout the night
- End of the night kitchen cleanup including sweeping & mopping floors
This position also includes some light barbacking - stocking beer and moving kegs and is tipped out accordingly
Skills:
- MUST BE ABLE TO COMFORTABLY LIFT UP TO 50LBS
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of proper sanitation and food handling procedures

Summary
As a Dishwasher, you will be an essential part of our kitchen team, responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards. With relevant experience in restaurant environments, you will contribute to a smooth operation by assisting with food preparation and maintaining a clean workspace.
