About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support both our internal team and the overall Murney brand. This role blends creativity with collaboration—you’ll be designing everything from everyday marketing pieces to larger brand-driven campaigns, while also creating the tools and materials our agents rely on to show up consistently and professionally.

Skills Experience:
- 1–3 years of graphic design experience or a strong portfolio showcasing a range of work
- Familiarity with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
- Ability to write and edit simple marketing copy
Bonus Points:
- Experience with photography and/or videography
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
What You’ll Do:
- Design a wide range of marketing materials for both print and digital use
- Partner with agents to create cohesive branding and marketing campaigns
- Support and execute social media content and visuals
- Collaborate with internal teams on website and marketing initiatives
- Maintain and uphold Murney brand standards across all materials
Print-Focused Work Includes:
- Property and open house signage (yard signs, directional signage, riders)
- Business cards and agent branding materials
- Listing presentations and buyer/seller guides
- Office marketing materials and internal collateral
- Event signage, flyers, and promotional pieces
- Preparing print-ready files with proper sizing, bleed, and specifications
