Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Stock Plan Participant Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for employees participating in public company stock plans, providing education, support, and guidance on equity compensation.
Key Responsibilities:
Participant Support & Education:
- Provide frontline support to stock plan participants via phone, email, and chat
- Educate participants on various types of equity awards (RSUs, stock options, ESPP, etc.)
- Assist with account setup, online access, and understanding of plan documentation
Trading & Transaction Guidance:
- Help participants navigate the trading platform and guide them through exercises and sales
- Coordinate with brokerage partners to address trade-related inquiries
- Monitor and ensure timely execution and reporting of participant transactions
Operational Excellence:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of participant interactions
- Identify and escalate opportunities for process improvement, FAQs, and resource enhancements
Licensing Requirement:
- Candidates must obtain FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses within 6 months of hire
- Company-sponsored training, resources, and exam preparation provided
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in finance, equity compensation, or capital markets
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable learning trading and brokerage systems
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
