As the Automotive Sales Manager at Volkswagen of Downtown Chicago, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance and achieving dealership goals. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales professionals, implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring that our customers receive an outstanding purchasing experience.
Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets
Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive dealership profitability and growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Monitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve targets
Collaborate with other departments to optimize dealership operations and enhance the customer experience
Qualifications:
Previous experience in automotive sales management or a related field
Proven track record of success in driving sales performance and achieving targets
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with automotive sales management software and CRM systems
