Position Overview:

We are seeking dynamic Automotive Sales Associates to join our high-performing sales team at Brickell Honda!

 This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional who wants to grow their career with a reputable brand. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering a world-class car-buying experience for our customers. You will represent our Honda Certified vehicle line, offering expertise and personalized service to assist customers in selecting the perfect vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Greet and engage customers, providing an exceptional shopping experience from the moment they arrive.

·         Understand customer needs and provide expert knowledge on vehicles and the latest automotive technologies.

·         Guide customers through the sales process, including test drives, vehicle presentations, and financing options.

·         Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

·         Meet and exceed sales targets and dealership goals.

·         Keep up to date with industry trends, inventory, and dealership promotions.

·         Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Finance team to ensure a smooth transaction process.

·         Follow up with customers to ensure a positive ownership experience.

Qualifications:

·         Sales experience required.

·         Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·         Passion for automobiles and knowledge of Honda vehicles and products preferred.

·         Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic dealership environment.

·         Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

·         Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
