Boro Nissan, the #1 volume Nissan dealership in Tennessee, is seeking 2 driven and high-performing individuals to join our Management Trainee Program. This is a structured, career-focused opportunity designed to develop future Sales Managers and Finance Managers within our organization.

Program Overview:
Our 9-month Management Trainee Program is designed to develop the next generation of dealership leaders. Trainees will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of dealership operations including sales, customer acquisition, deal structuring, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound internet leads, phone calls, and showroom traffic
- Respond to inquiries across digital platforms (email, website, social media)
- Prospect and engage service customers and new business opportunities
- Schedule appointments, test drives, and vehicle deliveries
- Build and maintain a customer database for repeat and referral business
- Learn to appraise vehicles and structure deals (LTV, PTI, credit analysis)
- Work with lenders and understand financing guidelines
- Assist in recruiting and training new sales team members
- Collaborate with management to review and finalize deals
Qualifications:
- Sales experience required (automotive preferred)
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Competitive, results-driven mindset
- High energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Hospitality or serving experience is a plus
- Must be able to pass background and drug screening
