Job Description:
As a Leather Craftsman, you will be an integral part of our production team. You'll work closely with our production leadership to take products from the raw leather hides, to completed finished goods such as Journals, Binders, Folders, Briefcases, and other similar items. Your role will include:
Responsibilities:
- Assembly of final products
- Quality control, boxing, and shipping
- Reviewing the hides and cutting out rough shapes from the best part of the leather
- Cutting and sorting of cut pieces
- Laser engraving logos, designs, and customer submitted text onto parts
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace and ensuring tools and equipment are well-maintained.
- Checking in received packages and restocking components
- Upholding our commitment to quality and consistency in every product.
Qualifications:
NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. We will teach you.
NO STITCHING REQUIRED. Will include manual dexterity with hands.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Dedication to producing timeless, Made in USA designs.
Able to lift 50 lbs to a height of at least 4 feet.
Able to stand for extended periods. (accommodations can be made)
