Job Summary:
We are a leading manufacturer of high-performance building materials, and we’re looking for a skilled and dependable Machine Shop Worker to join our production team. In this role, you’ll operate and maintain a variety of machines to fabricate metal and composite components used in our products. You’ll work from technical drawings and specifications to ensure precision, quality, and safety in every part you produce.
This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, solving mechanical challenges, and contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate manual and CNC machines including mills, lathes, grinders, and saws
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
• Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and tools
• Set up machines and adjust controls for speed, feed, and depth of cut
• Monitor production processes and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with supervisors and engineers to improve processes and output
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies

Minimum Qualifications:
• 1–3 years of experience in a machine shop or manufacturing environment
